The JLS-1000 mounts directly on Zebra, TSC and Honeywell printers and verifies every label as it is printed, so a defective label never reaches the line. The JLS-2000 is a standalone desktop verifier with a CIS camera, built-in monitor and auto-rewind, suited to pre-labeling QA of batches.
Printed data can be checked with OCR/OCV and decoded barcode verification, which covers the two failure modes that matter commercially: wrong data, and unreadable codes.
The desktop JLS-2000 has a rejection mechanism so failed labels are separated from good ones automatically. On-printer inspection flags the defect at the moment of printing, which stops the fault before it propagates into the batch.
